What is the right to repair?
At Miele Professional, we believe that high-quality products should deliver long-lasting performance. Professional repair and maintenance help extend the life of our machines and support more sustainable use.
Under applicable EU repair regulations, manufacturers are required to provide repair-related information and support repair options for selected product categories where repair is technically possible.At Miele Professional, this includes providing information about repair options, access to our spare parts catalogue and indicative prices for selected typical repairs of eligible appliances. The indicative prices shown on this page are intended to help you better understand potential repair costs before booking a repair service.
The Right to Repair requirements apply to selected appliance categories covered by applicable EU repairability and Ecodesign regulations. For Miele Professional, this currently applies to selected washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers, provided that they are sold to consumers. The statutory right to repair applies exclusively to consumers.
Our Service team will be happy to advise you and arrange a repair. We’ll be happy to check on a case-by-case basis whether your machine is covered by the stautory Rigth to Repair regulations.

The prices shown are indicative examples for selected typical repairs and apply only after a previous diagnosis has confirmed that the listed repair is applicable. They include the estimated labour time, the required spare part and the electronic safety test after completion of the repair.
Travel or call-out costs, diagnostic costs, regional surcharges, administrative fees and any additional effort required to access or prepare the machine for repair are not included.
The final repair cost may vary depending on the model, the actual fault, local service conditions and appliance accessibility.
